Fairview Homes' flagship development at Lakeside Drive, Park Royal, features a striking 27-story tower designed by Allies and Morrison, structural engineering by Saxe Group, and three expansive residential blocks.
This project delivers over 800 homes, significantly contributing to the transformation of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation Opportunity Area. Lakeside Drive will establish a vibrant new community in Park Royal, situated near the upcoming Old Oak Interchange Hub, which will position Park Royal as one of the most well-connected areas in the UK once completed.
Bulstrode Park in Buckinghamshire is to become an exclusive luxury hotel at the very top end of the market. 2017 saw the purchase by a private investor.
Bulstrode, commissioned by the 12th Duke of Somerset, is the pinnacle of traditional English elegance, situated in a landscape created by Humphrey Repton.
As we worked through the complex planning process, Bulstrode—which had been an RAF cipher training facility during World War II—became a popular filming location for productions like Johnny English, A Very English Scandal, and Midsomer Murders because of its timeless quality. In 1958, the property was sold to a local farmer who subsequently gave it to a Christian mission.
Our Bulstrode transformation plans have been painstakingly developed in conjunction with a group of top specialists. Restoring and enhancing the grandeur of this historically significant country house—which is only forty minutes from Mayfair—is the aim. Once complete, the hotel will cater to the most discerning guests, with every detail executed to the highest standards.
The last Tudor castle constructed in England, Thornbury Castle is a historic Grade I listed building set within gorgeous grounds with views of Wales and the Severn Estuary.
After two years of intensive on-site work and a year-long investigation, the castle has been painstakingly brought back to its former splendor. The public areas, two kitchens, three dining rooms, and all 29 guest rooms have been completely renovated to the highest quality.
Working in close partnership with Historic England and the local conservation officer, we devised creative ways to incorporate opulent amenities without detracting from the Tudor heritage of the castle. With as little disruption as possible to the building's historic fabric, the restoration project included new roofing, masonry repairs, modern bathrooms and kitchens, and the installation of cutting-edge mechanical and electrical systems.
Woolwich Reach, which was built on the site of a closed-down bar, was carefully planned to mitigate the site's environmental issues and support the neighborhood's overall revitalization. The development maximizes its prime riverside location by championing public spaces, creating a vibrant and inviting public realm that enhances the connection between the community and the riverfront.
Woolwich Reach not only transforms a once-neglected site but also plays a key role in revitalizing the surrounding area, making it a cornerstone of the ongoing regeneration efforts in Woolwich.
