Position Overview

• Lead and manage a range of exciting, large-scale projects.
• Ensure quality assurance in the installation of fire stopping and cladding.
• Conduct on-site inspections and write comprehensive Fire Strategy Reports.
• Address technical and statutory matters related to cladding, surveys, and high/mid-rise projects across the UK.
• Assist in detailing compliant remediation solutions for high/mid-rise buildings and cladding projects.
• Develop and review Fire Strategies for new and existing clients.
• Perform periodic inspections of sites and buildings.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in Fire Engineering.
• In-depth understanding of the design and construction process.
• Relevant degree in Engineering.
• Membership or aspiration to become a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers.
• Strong knowledge of UK legislation and design guidance.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Position Renumeration

• Competitive salary (£65,000–£90,000 DOE)

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on retrofit and renovation projects.

• Relevant degree in interior design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Knowledge of UK design regulations and building codes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
